Angriffe mit Tieren durch Gebäude bleibt vorläufig erlaubt

Solange man feindliche Spieler durch Gebäude, etwa Lücken in den Palisaden oder Fenster in Häusern, anvisieren kann, ist auch der Angriff durch Tiere erlaubt und wird nicht als Exploit gewertet. Spätestens mit dem nächsten großen Patch zur Territorienkontrolle, eventuell aber schon vorher, wird Tieren beigebracht, Gebäude zu beachten, so dass derartige Angriffe nicht mehr möglich sein werden.

Using pets to attack players through palisade walls has become more common as of late. While this mechanic has been possible for the last couple of years, it has been used frequently in these last months.

Because this is not an issue of game design, and is due to technical limitations, it will be permitted by our support staff for the time being; it is not considered an exploit and GMs will not interfere if this takes place. We recognize the problem and this will be corrected with the upcoming territory control update. We've rebuilt related systems in the coming patch and this will allow pets to "see" player constructions.

For the time being, we'd like to remind everyone that you can avoid attackers doing this to you during a siege. In order to issue the pet attack players require line of sight to target you. We'd recommend that defenders keep this possibility in mind considering range and the use of buildings.

EDIT: This also applies to pets attacking siege weapons; however, it's possible that this will be corrected before the territory control update.
